Variety is Key – New York

The Food Hall at The Plaza combines the visions of renowned architect Jeffrey Beers and culinary master Chef Todd English to bring eye-opening architectural design and mouth-watering flavors from all around the world into one place.

From the mosaic marble floors to the huge variety on the menu, the Food Hall is a lot to take in. After being seated and taking a moment to absorb in all the sights, we were able to focus on the menu, and had to take another minute just to read through all the sections. The selection covered everything from Sushi to noodles, grilled steaks to cheese & charcuterie plates. After much debate, we settled on Prime Rib Sliders and a Brunch Styled Classic Flatbread Pizza.


The Brunch Style adds eggs on top of the classic which comes with roasted tomato sauce, mozzarella, and basil, and we added mushrooms and bacon too. Combined with the delicious Prime Rib Sliders that came with fontina fondue, onions, and TE sauce, this was a breakfast that fueled us up fast and got us ready for the day.
